Midstream, LP – Linam Ranch Acid Gas Injection ZAP ECS is providing engineering, design, controls programming and commissioning of four compressors, 2-mile polyethylene-lined pipeline and flare system. The associated water handling system was comprised of 316L stainless steel material. The design includes backup compressor units to ensure uninterrupted process service. DCP Midstream, LP – Mewbourn Expansion A comprehensive consolidated engine cooling system for nine (9) Caterpillar Gas 3608 engines is being designed. Plant power is being provided by two Solar Turbine Taurus 70 turbine generator sets, acting in a active/standby relationship. This new plant is being integrated with the existing 65MMSCFD plant. Questar Gas Management Ponderosa Compressor Station ZAP ECS is providing engineering and design of a greenfield site of a Solar Turbine Taurus 70 compressor and associated inlet/outlet equipment. Anadarko Petroleum Corporation Greater Natural Buttes Compression System ZAP ECS provided engineering, design and construction support for five (5) compressor stations with the combined residue gas flow of 378 MMSCFD and designed for 572 MMSCFD. The stations included IP/LP Inlet System, Compression, Glycol Dehydration, H2S Removal, Liquids Handling, BTEX Removal, Fuel Gas System and Instrument Air System. DCP Midstream, LP Greeley Fractionation Plant ZAP ECS provided engineering, design, construction support and commissioning of a truck terminal facility for custody transfer of refined product. Engineering, design and installation of skidded truck loading racks, custody transfer measurement, terminal automation and site security system capable of 24/7 unattended operation. EnCana Oil and Gas (USA), Inc. – Bullfork Expansion ZAP ECS provided engineering, design and commissioning of a 30MMSCFD gas processing facility employing CAT 3516 gas engine driven compression, glycol dehydration, JT dew point control and membrane technology for CO2 removal. Station control employed Fisher ROC for regulatory process control and AB SLC504 for alarm/safety system control. EnCana Oil & Gas (USA), Inc. – Middlefork ZAP ECS provided engineering, design, construction support and commissioning for the inlet systems and liquids processing for a 200MMSCFD compressor station grass-roots project. Delta Petroleum Corporation – Gathering System & Compression ZAP ECS provided engineering, design, construction support and commissioning of a gathering system and compressor station. The project included installing two CAT 3516 compressors for a 25MSCFD compression facility and over 50 miles of pipeline for gathering system. DCP Midstream, LP – Luman/Falcon Compressor Expansion Project ZAP ECS provided engineering, design, construction support and commissioning of two 500 MMSCFD compressor station expansion project. The project was lump-sum turn-key, providing installation of compression, power generation, inlet system upgrade and AB SLC504 control system interface. |
