In order to meet our customers growing needs, ZAP ECS has expanded its market presence in the Oil and Gas Business with the creation of a Pipeline Division to better serve its clients.
With the creation of the Pipeline Group, we have the capability to offer a wide range of services including Gas, Water and NGL Pipelines, meter and pump stations to provide Project Management, Engineering for pipelines, pump and compressor stations, Field Optimization Studies, Field Development Design, Right of Way Acquisition, Survey and Mapping, Estimating, Material Procurement Management, Environmental Services, Preparation and Evaluation of Construction Bids, Project Construction Execution and Construction Inspection Services. We also have the flexibility to provide our customers with Time and Material, EPC or Bids not to exceed contracts for all of the services we offer.
ZAP has aided clients in completing pipeline projects from the preliminary routing and hydraulic stages through construction. Our team utilizes state of the art hydraulic modeling software to produce steady state and transient hydraulic simulations. These models are used to verify commercial commitments, calculate operating cost and determine safe operating design points. Construction drawings are developed pulling information from survey data; environmental, archeological and biological studies; crossing requirements and aerial imagery. We house a construction management team with experience constructing pipelines throughout the country allowing for construct-ability to be examined along with routing ensuring a cost effective pipeline.
