60 MMSCFD Libby Gas Plant – Lea County, New Mexico
ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, INC was contracted, by 3 Bear Energy LLC, to perform the engineering and design for a 60 MMSCFD cryogenic gas processing plant with 400 GPM amine unit, inlet liquids handling, stabilizer, and all utilities. The project included site development, in Lea County, New Mexico, for a 60-acre site including a frac water treatment holding pond and oil terminal facility in addition to the gas plant. ZAP designed the balance of plant equipment including inlet liquids handling, pump systems, compression, and all utilities. ZAP completed procurement, engineering, design, and construction support services on time and on budget. ZAP provided construction bid support for the execution of the construction contracts.
