Design & Engineering of New Quicklime Screening System
ZAP provided engineering and design support services (Mechanical / Structural) for a Quicklime production line replacement of a vibratory screen supported by structural steel. ZAP developed an analytical model of the main tower structure and a catwalk to check for the new static and dynamic forces associated with the new vibrating screen. Considerations were made for service access, a new set of stairs, ductwork, and existence of cable tray and piping interferences.
