ZAP was contracted to perform a conceptual FEED study, cost estimate, detailed engineering and construction support for three Regional Oil Treating Facilities.
Each ROTF will consist of modular 30,000 BPD oil stabilization trains and a balance of plant infrastructure suitable for a full plant capacity of 120,000 BPD. Each ROTF receives crude oil and produces nine RVP stabilized oil, NGL, low pressure sales gas and produced water. The ROTF design includes inlet oil heating, oil surge, product/feed cross exchange, oil stabilization, oil product cooling via commercial chilled water refrigeration, NGL surge and stabilization, overhead compression, oil/NGL pipeline pumps and LACT units, fuel gas JT unit, instrument air compression, produced water storage and pipeline pumps.
